Thinking back to our first date, we would both agree that it was a combination of nervous excitement and a calming comfort, all at the same time that day. As our relationship grew, there was always that sense of comfort…knowing that we could completely be ourselves with each other. That was what helped us grow closer together and open our hearts up to each other. We fell in love and when we knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together, we planned for our wedding day. To be honest, Maravilla Gardens was the first and only location we actually went to visit. As we walked the grounds…there it was again…nervous excitement and a calming comfort at the same time. We knew that was where we had to get married.
October 3rd came and we could not have wished for a more beautiful day. All of the planning & details just fell into place. The setting, the flowers, the pictures, the music, the food…it was all perfect! Our guests loved it. They felt and witnessed the beauty, nature, and the romance of this magical setting. We will always cherish the memories from that day…the ceremony with the most serene backdrop, having pictures taken as we tromped throughout the gardens and climbed upon bales of hay near the barn, the reception romantically lit with the moonlight shining overhead. The pictures turned out amazing and have allowed us to remember and relive every moment. We were so blessed with such a beautiful wedding day and now a wonderful marriage. Our moment in time at Maravilla Gardens marked the beginning of forever for the both of us.
