We work year round to create a beautiful venue where you will find all the amenities you could wish for. Simply add a DJ, photographer, florist, alcohol, dessert… and be done! PART 1 + PART 2 = TOTAL SITE RENTAL FEE
PART 1: DUE AT BOOKING: $7,250
PART 2: ADDITIONAL PER PERSON SITE RENTAL FEE
$50 on both a Saturday or Holiday Friday or Sunday (125 person guest minimum on these days)
$35 on both a Friday or Sunday (75 person guest minimum on these days)
What is this fee about?
Most venues place this fee in the per person catering price, and your menu price is higher, AND WHERE YOU ARE ALSO CHARGED THE 20% SERVICE CHARGE AND 7.25% SALES TAX.
Then, the caterer pays the venue AFTER the wedding. By collecting it as part of the venue fee (up front, since it goes to the venue anyway) as a venue, we are able to avoid charging you those extra fees.
Follow these instructions for the total sample cost of a wedding for a minimum 75 guests on a Fri/Sun, and then a minimum 125 guests on a Saturday:
Friday/Sunday Venue Cost for 75 guests: $7,250 + $2,625 ($35 x 75 guests) = $9,875
Saturday Venue Cost for 150 guests: $7,250 + $6,250 ($50 x 125 guests) = $13,500
Cost of Command Performance Catering (Choice of menu package + Brick & Brass Bartending package + 20% service charge on the menu/bar package + 7.25 sales tax on both the menu/bar package and the service charge)
